Hi I’m Taylor. I am originally from Canada but I have lived over half my life in London, England. I now reside in Florida and absolutely love it! I am a Florida licensed massage therapist , certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT), and corrective exercise specialist (NASM-CES). I hold a BSc in Exercise Science as well. I like to perform deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and advise on stretching and mobility exercises. I entered the field of massage therapy to help individuals recover from injury, reduce myofascial pain, increase flexibility and body awareness, and to relieve stress. To be able to help someone in this way is a great blessing of which I am truly thankful everyday.
